Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Certain high-value items have special conditions (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- EFoil – Ready to Ride packages (due to battery and electrical components)
- Harnesses & Headwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Impact and Flotation Vests (safety equipment)
- Opened Hydrofoil Hardware packages (must be unopened to return)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return:
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 1 business day with return authorization and instructions
- Package Your Item – Securely repackage in original packaging with all accessories
- Ship It Back – Send to our Washington facility using a trackable shipping method
- Receive Refund/Exchange – Once received and inspected, we’ll process within 3 business days
Return Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchange Policy
For exchanges (size, color, or product changes):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll ship the replacement once the original item is received
- Customer pays any price difference plus new shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (especially important for foil masts, control bars, or complete wing packages):
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may request return of the damaged item
