We understand that sometimes your hydrofoil mast might not be the perfect fit or that wing package isn’t exactly what you envisioned. That’s why we offer a straightforward 15-day return policy for most items.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase required
  • Must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • EFoil – Ready to Ride packages (due to battery and electrical components)
  • Harnesses & Headwear (hygiene reasons)
  • Impact and Flotation Vests (safety equipment)
  • Opened Hydrofoil Hardware packages (must be unopened to return)

How to Return an Item

  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 1 business day with return authorization and instructions
  3. Package Your Item – Securely repackage in original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship It Back – Send to our Washington facility using a trackable shipping method
  5. Receive Refund/Exchange – Once received and inspected, we’ll process within 3 business days
